Shipping policy
Orders placed on uppper.com will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The estimated time of arrival will vary on the location and shipping preference selected at checkout.

Carrier issues and delays can happen. Some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” by mistake and redeliver the package within the next few days.
In this situation, we advise waiting a few more days for the package to arrive. If after four business days your order status shows as "Delivered" by the carrier, and you haven't found your package even after checking with neighbors and surrounding areas, please reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. However, there may be additional delays while your order is in transit.
UK and Europe
We utilize Royal Mail for UK shipments and Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries throughout Europe.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The estimated time of arrival will depend on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout.
We cannot accept orders over €150 from outside the UK (except for Norway) due to additional export taxes and fees.

International
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. However, we’ve made things easier for you by allowing you to pay any duties during the checkout process. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) meaning that all fees will be calculated at checkout and will be included in the order’s total.
